Shipping and Return Policy

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

ORDER SHIPMENT
DELIVERY TIMES

Your purchases come from all over the world. Because of this, they may depart from various locations and/or arrive to you in multiple packages, even though only one delivery fee is charged per order. Delivery times may vary. Estimated delivery times are listed for each product on the sale page, and can be found in your Order Update emails.

TRACKING AND NOTIFICATIONS

We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates for each stage of every shipment in your order. Once it leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email that includes final tracking information. 

SERVICES AREAS

Spirited Design can ship to any street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We will ship your order via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, or any of the US Territories such as Puerto Rico. We are now also able to ship to Canada!

CALIFORNIA

Spirited Design is currently obligated to collect sales tax in Colorado. If this fee applies, it will appear at checkout.

HAWAII & ALASKA

Shipping to HI or AK incurs an additional $15 per order. If this fee applies, it will appear at checkout.

CANADA

Shipping to Canada incurs an additional $15 per order plus any applicable Canada taxes. Additionally, Duties & Taxes may apply. These fees will appear at checkout.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.

DISCOUNTED SHIPPING

Certain light weight, high value items may qualify for discounted shipping rates. Standard shipping rates do not apply to Discounted Shipping products. Instead, a per item rate will be listed for the product.

SPECIAL CASES

Handling fees may apply for items that require special attention. This can be applied to items that are too large and/or are coming internationally. These charges are only used to cover our own shipping costs and we keep them as low as possible. SHORT SHIPMENTS

Short Shipments happen when we receive fewer items than were sold in the brand’s sale. If your order was affected, Spirited Design will email you within a few days

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@SpiritedDesign.shop.

DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos support@bluechipoffice.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

CANCELLATIONS

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $15 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. 

RETURN POLICY

Return policies are listed in the details of each product page. Most items are either final sale or returnable for store credit.

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. We sell these products as “Final Sale” to maintain such significant discounts. If you are concerned that you may wish to return an item, please check whether it is “Final Sale” prior to making your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, please submit a photo of the damage with your request here within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion.

Items marked “Return for store credit” are returnable for STORE CREDIT within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a return label for free return shipping. Upon receipt and reprocessing of the item into our warehouse, you will receive the store credit.

Selected items are returnable for refund:

1. The item must be unopened in original manufacturer's packaging.

2. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

3. As specified in each product page, items are returnable for refund within 7, 14 or 30 days of receiving the item.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
  • If there is not a specific return policy on the product page, you may return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Special return policies required by a manufacturer will be listed on the item's sales page.
PARTIAL REFUNDS

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that has a re-stock fee charged by the manufacturer listed on the sales page.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@bluechipoffice.com.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@lovebugshop.com for instructions.
GIFTS
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
RETURN SHIPPING
  • To return your product, you will be emailed shipping instructions upon return approval.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
